Chef April is a Plant-Based Chef that specializes in healing through foods. My Louisiana Creole culture and Southern California roots have molded me into a spicy Cajun sunflower. At the age of 9, I cooked my first meal with the instruction of my mother via telephone. It was so good; it changed the course of my life. Years later, I became a Certified Chef with honors, with a lot of passion and great experience, who is always looking for a way to help others through food, energy, or just my shared life experiences. My vision is to bring awareness to the communities of healthier food options, and also to assist in ridding some sickness and other unwanted elements in those who suffer through healthier approaches toward food.
