BVX AT SEA! YOUR VOYAGE STARTS HERE...

Reservation Deposits. 
A reservation deposit is required to begin a BVX at Sea 2028 cabin reservation. Deposits are made per cabin reservation, as follows: Interior $300; Ocean View $350; Balcony $500; Suite $600. The deposit will be credited toward the total amount due for the cabin and does not represent payment of the full cruise fare.


Cabin Assignment & Pricing. 
Selection of Interior, Ocean View, Balcony or Suite represents the guest's requested accommodation class. A deposit does not guarantee a particular cabin number or subcategory (such as 4A, 6B or 8C). Final cabin assignment, occupancy, applicable cabin category, total fare and payment schedule are subject to the BVX at Sea reservation process and availability.


Ship, Sailing & Itinerary Disclosure. 
If a reservation deposit is accepted before the final cruise line, ship, sailing dates and/or itinerary have been disclosed, those details will be communicated to deposit holders once finalized.


14-Day Decision Period. 
Following the official disclosure of the final ship, cruise line and exact sailing dates, guests who deposited before that information was announced will have 14 calendar days from the date of the official announcement to submit a written cancellation request for return of their reservation deposit.


After the 14-Day Period / Deposit Transfers. 

After the applicable 14-day cancellation/refund period has expired, all reservation deposits are nonrefundable. However, the reservation holder may request to transfer the value of their deposit to another eligible traveler and/or qualifying BVX at Sea 2028 cabin reservation through December 31, 2027.

All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability and approval by BVX at Sea. Any difference in cabin price, accommodation category, occupancy, taxes, fees or other charges remains the responsibility of the reservation holder or replacement traveler.

No deposit transfers will be permitted after December 31, 2027. A transfer does not constitute a refund, and the deposit has no cash value outside of the BVX at Sea 2028 reservation to which it is applied.


Payments. 
The reservation deposit is the initial payment toward the cabin. The remaining balance will be paid according to the BVX at Sea 2028 payment schedule communicated to the reservation holder. Failure to make required payments by applicable deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation pursuant to the final payment and cancellation terms.


Cancellation Requests. 
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the designated BVX at Sea contact method. Telephone calls, social-media messages and verbal requests do not constitute formal cancellation requests.


Refund Processing. 
Any refund for which a guest qualifies will be returned according to the applicable payment/refund procedures and processing timeframe disclosed by BVX at Sea.

Acknowledgment. 

By submitting a deposit, the reservation holder acknowledges that the payment is a reservation deposit toward BVX at Sea 2028, has reviewed and agrees to the applicable Deposit, Payment & Cancellation Policy, and understands that additional payments will be required to complete the reservation.
